Christopher Robin came slowly down his tree.

"Silly old Bear," he said, "what were you doing? First you went round the spinney twice by yourself, and then Piglet ran after you and you went round again together, and then you were just going round a fourth time"

"Wait a moment," said Winnie-the-Pooh, holding up his paw.

He sat down and thought, in the most thoughtful way he could think. Then he fitted his paw into one of the Tracks . . .  and then he scratched his nose twice, and stood up. "Yes," said Winnie-the-Pooh.

"I see now," said Winnie-the-Pooh. "I have been Foolish and Deluded," said he, "and I am a Bear of No Brain at All."

"You're the Best Bear in All the World," said Christopher Robin soothingly.

"Am I?" said Pooh hopefully. And then he brightened up suddenly. "Anyhow," he said, "it is nearly Luncheon Time."   So he went home for it.

Life is full of Woozles, and what number of them aren't supplied by the world, we create out of our own insecurities so that it ends up we could always be looking over our shoulders for Woozles, and Wizzles and any as-yet undiscovered long-lost cousins of the Woozle-Wizzle variety.  Why do we worry about all of the Dangers that lurk out there, many of which we will never run into at all, when truly, it is the Hunny that is most Important to our lives.

Spend your time focusing on the things that matter to you.  If you concentrate on your fears, they will be what manifest in your life.  In Pooh's world, Lunch Time is as close to Bliss as one Bear can get; Hunny the prize for realizing what really is most important in life.  It is the Foolish and Deluded who are not able to put aside random thoughts of the Woozles to take hold of the things that really matter.

To be the Best Bear in the world that you can Be, take time out of your life every single day to smell  the flowers--to remember and be thankful for all the good things that you are so Lucky to have in it, especially the People who are the most Important of All-- Friends and Family.   Unless you first replenish your own spiritual cup,  you will have nothing left to give to the people who matter to you.  And since there is only so much room in one Bear's head, you must choose whether you intend to fill that cup with thoughts of Woozles that Could Be or People and Things who Are, and are the source of your life's joy.  The Christopher Robins of the world can offer you encouragement, but note that it was not his words that really were responsible for brightening up Pooh's spirit.  Pooh turned his own day around by remembering Lunch just in the nick of time.

Make it your intention to live in the Now instead of worrying about what Will Be. Set aside some time each day for your personal version of "Luncheon Time." It can be any part of the day you choose--just make sure that it is at least a once daily event, for just as your body needs food, your spirit needs to be nourished as well, and it is up to you to make the time to see that it gets what it needs.  And remember that even if the worst of circumstances, there will always be a Luncheon Time to look forward to, as long as there is Hope.
