Creamy
Irish Coffee
A
festive and delicious end to any event, Irish or not.
Cream should be added right upon serving, and best not
to stir after adding cream, as the true flavor of this
drink is obtained by drinking the coffee and whiskey
through the cream. It might be worthwhile to note, that
many American whipping creams have additives to increase
shelf life, which may detracts from cream's ability to
stay on top of mixture. So you might want to consider
buying all-natural, additive-free or organic cream from
your local organic or whole foods store, or dairy farmer
if you're lucky enough to have one easily accessible.

Irish Coffee Glass Set
Place
4 cups of strong fresh coffee in a saucepan and add sugar
to taste.
Add Irish Whiskey
and heat thoroughly but do not boil. (Scotch, Bourbon or
other whiskeys could be used.)
While the whisky heats, whip
cream until light & fluffy. Beat 2 tb each of sugar and
Irish whiskey into the cream.
Pour coffee into mugs
or goblets then pipe or spoon the flavored cream on top.
