Tarragon
Turkey Burgers
Burgers
are staples of the summer grill, but this turkey burger recipe
is anything but ordinary. Fresh herbs are so easy to grow,
and nothing is better than finding ways to cook with them.
Fresh tarragon with its pleasant light, anise-like flavor and
aroma, accents a grilled turkey burger in this BBQ recipe that's
oh-so-simple to make, and low-fat too. (Unlike most of other
herbs, tarragon loses the potency of its flavor when dried,
so use fresh herbs if you can find tarragon at your local grocery
store.)

Prepare charcoal grill or preheat gas grill for
10 minutes.
Combine
first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture
into equal portions and shape each into a 1/2 inch thick
patty.
Grill turkey bugers over medium-hot heat for
6 minutes. Turn and grill for 6 to 8 minutes more or until
no longer pink.
Serve with hamburger buns, or replace hamburger
buns with grilled
garlic bread cut to sandwich size.
