Chutney with Grilled Chicken
Prepare
grill or broiler. Combine the first eight ingredients in a medium
saucepan over med. high heat. Bring to a boil, cook 10 minutes.
Stir in grapes, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Remove cinnamon
stick. Brush chicken with oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Place
chicken on grill rack or in broiler pan and cook about 5 minutes
on each side or until done. Serve with chutney, and steamed
rice.

Ingredients
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. dry red wine
1/4 c. chopped dried figs
2 tbsp sugar or sucanat
2 tsp hot paprika
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 3 in. cinnamon stick

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. EACH of seedless red & green grapes (halved)

salt, pepper, to taste
