Chocolate Martinis


A favorite martini recipe, the chocolate martini has quickly become the bon mot of martinis. Here are a few offbeat versions of the standard chocolate martini recipe to help you get perfectly festive & decadent when mixing your holiday drinks. Be sure to always use a top quality vodka for the best tasting drinks.

Version #1

Cocoa powder the rim of a cocktail glass. Mix ingredients in a shaker over ice, strain into glass. Drop a small piece of chocolate and add a splash of the liqueur. Serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish.

Version #2

Reserve one strip from the chocolate and grate finely as a garnish, or use Hershey's Kisses. Melt the rest of the chocolate in double-boiler, slowly stir in vodka then shake with everything else with plenty of ice and serve in small martini glasses).
