Tofu-Dill Salad Dressing
In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients but the
dill, and blend until smooth. Add dill and blend again. Pour
over your favorite salad, and serve.

Ingredients

oz. soft tofu, drained
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 med. clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1
tbsp. cider vinegar
3/4 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4c. water
1 bunch fresh dill, coarsely chopped

4-6 servings
NOTE:
Substituting
fresh dill with dried dill is OK for some things but is strongly
not recommended in this case.
