Portobellinis
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, mix 3/4c. broth,
vinegar & garlic--let stand 15 minutes. Strain through a
sieve over a small saucepan, reserve garlic. Bring vinegar mixture
to a boil, and cook until reduced to 6 tablespoons (about 6
minutes) Keep warm.
Place
bread in a food processor and pulse 10 times or so to make about
