Sweet
Potato Dip
Wrap potatoes
in foil and bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until
tender.
Scoop out flesh and discard skins. In a blender, combine all
inedients except the seeds, puree until smooth. Salt to taste.
Stir in white sesame seeds and transfer to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve with whole wheat
pita bread, bagel chips or toasted baguette slices.
