White
Hot Chocolate
recipe
from
Martha Stewart
Sometimes
a cup of hot chocolate is just what the occasion calls
for, and this white hot chocolate recipe puts ut a really
yummy twist on an old favorite. You may think hot chocolate
drinks are all the same, but that simply is not true. All
hot chocolate recipes are NOT created equal. Now I'll be
the first to admit that there is not one single iota of
low-fat anything about this hot chocolate recipe,
but this gourmet hot chocolate truly tastes incedible.
With a hint of milk chocolate and a rich, creamy texture,
it's for sure the best hot chocolate I have ever had--100%
delicious and worth every calorie! Be sure to use a top-quality
white chocolate to ensure the best flavor, such as

Cute
host/hostess gift idea!
Using a vegetable peeler, shave milk chocolate
into curls; set aside.
Place white chocolate in a medium heat-proof
bowl; set aside.
Place
milk and cream in a medium saucepan set over medium heat
until bubbles begin to form around edges of pan, about 4
minutes. Immediately pour mixture over white chocolate.
When
chocolate begins to melt, stir to combine. Whisk in vanilla.
Continue whisking until a light foam forms.
Serve immediately garnished with peppermint sticks,
whipped cream, and chocolate curls.
