Beeswax candles have the naturally sweet aroma of honey and provide a bright and warm glow while actually improving the air quality of the room. A little-known fact about beeswax candles is that beeswax is a fuel that, when burned, emits negative ions. Like a negatively charged rain-storm event, negative ions attach to positively charged ions that are holding dust, molds and other contaminants airborne and cause them to disseminate.

Earth's True Bayberry Candles
Made primarily from the wax of the berries of the bayberry shrub, these have
been the traditional Christmas candles since colonial times. Picked each
autumn, these tiny berries are placed into a pot of boiling water. The berries
sink to the bottom, but the wax coating floats to the top. The wax is then
skimmed, strained and ready for making candles. The final product consists
of a blend of about 80% bayberry wax and 20% beeswax. Burned to the nub on Christmas
Eve, they are said to bring good luck for the coming year. These beautiful
hand dipped tapers have a light and gentle aroma, bring style and elegance
to any occasion, and are perfect for those who desire the benefits of an
elegant candle without petrochemical-based paraffin waxes. They also come
