Bay Leaf Wreath With Rosemary

This wreath is handmade from fresh California Bay Laurel with fragrant rosemary woven throughout the wreath. The rosemary is grown in a beautiful organic herb garden nestled in Mendocino's Coastal range, while the bay grows naturally on the local hillsides. The bay leaves are harvested in the late fall and early winter when the oil content in the leaf is at its highest. As a result, the leaves dry slowly over a two-week period to a beautiful green. In addition to enhancing your home for holidays, this wreath provides a supply of culinary bay and rosemary!
